Hi, my name is Erisa, and I’m the heart behind Eliça’s Baking.

I grew up in a home where everything was made from scratch. My mom always cooked with clean, simple ingredients—she baked our bread, raised our eggs, and made sure we ate wholesome food every day. That taught me early on the value of real, honest ingredients.

When I moved to America, I found it hard to adjust. Store-bought bread didn’t taste the same, and the long list of ingredients made me miss the pure, homemade food I grew up with. As a bread lover, this was especially difficult.

That’s when I discovered sourdough. Out of curiosity, I started my own sourdough starter completely from scratch—just flour, water, and patience. Watching it come to life and baking my first loaf felt magical. Not only was it healthier and easier to digest, but it also brought back the flavor and comfort I had been searching for.

What began as a simple experiment quickly became my passion. Today, through Eliça’s Baking, I share that passion with you—creating sourdough breads, cookies, and pastries made with love, patience, and clean ingredients, just like the ones I grew up with.

📍 How We Operate

We are an online-only bakery , all orders are placed through our website, baked to order, and available for:

-Pickup from our licensed home bakery in Fort Lauderdale

-Local delivery

-Nationwide shipping for select baked goods (we do not ship delicate desserts)

We do not operate as a storefront or dine-in bakery. Our products are baked fresh, packaged with care, and intended to be enjoyed at home.
