Our Story
Hi, my name is Erisa, and I am the heart and hands behind Eliça’s Baking.
I grew up in a home where everything was made from scratch. My mom cooked with simple, wholesome ingredients. She baked our bread, raised our eggs, and filled our home with the smell of freshly baked food and love. From her, I learned that real food made with care has a way of bringing people together. It’s something I’ve always wanted to carry into my own family.
When my husband and I moved to America, life was full of new beginnings but also challenges. The bread didn’t taste the same, and I missed the pure, simple food I grew up with. I started spending more time in the kitchen, searching for healthier ways to bake ,experimenting, failing, and trying again. That’s how my journey with sourdough began, slowly, quietly, with curiosity and a lot of heart.
My husband isn’t the baker, but he’s been my biggest supporter since day one, helping me with everything behind the scenes and believing in my dream even when it was just an idea. Together, we built Eliça’s Baking from our home kitchen, turning something deeply personal into something we could share with others. Eliça’s Baking isn’t just my dream, it’s ours, built from love, patience, and endless encouragement.
Today, every loaf, cookie, and pastry I make carries a piece of that love, a reminder that the best things in life take time, heart, and someone who believes in you 🫶🏻

We are an online-only bakery , all orders are placed through our website, baked to order, and available for:
-Pickup from our licensed home bakery in Fort Lauderdale
-Local delivery
-Nationwide shipping for select baked goods (we do not ship delicate desserts)
We do not operate as a storefront or dine-in bakery. Our products are baked fresh, packaged with care, and intended to be enjoyed at home.
