Return & Refund Policy – Elica’s Baking LLC

At Elica’s Baking, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Every item is baked fresh to order with care and attention to quality. Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns. However, we understand that issues can happen and we’re here to help.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or is missing an item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at elicasbaking@gmail.com. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the item(s) and packaging

We’ll review your concern and offer a resolution, which may include a replacement or a full refund, depending on client decision.


Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on the following:

  • Sale items or promotions

  • Gift cards


Refunds (If Approved)

Once your issue has been reviewed and a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please reach out to us.
