Terms of Service – Elica’s Baking LLC

Welcome to Elica’s Baking LLC. By placing an order with us, visiting our website, or interacting with our business in any way, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Online Orders
All orders are made fresh and fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis. Orders are accepted through our website or authorized sales platforms (such as Instagram or Shopify). Once an order is placed, changes cannot be guaranteed but may be requested within 24 hours by emailing elicasbaking@gmail.com.
2. Product Availability
All of our baked goods are made in small batches and subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refund any order if a product is no longer available or cannot be fulfilled. You will be notified immediately in such cases.
3. Shipping & Delivery
We offer local delivery and UPS shipping for eligible items. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. Elica’s Baking is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
4. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at elicasbaking@gmail.com. See our Refund Policy for full details.
5. Allergy Disclaimer
Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including wheat, nuts, dairy, and eggs. While we take steps to minimize cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any item is allergen-free.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website and social media, including photos, recipes, product names, and branding, is the property of Elica’s Baking LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.
7. Privacy
We value your privacy. Any information you provide during the ordering process is used solely to fulfill your order and communicate with you. We do not share or sell your data.
8. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abusive behavior, or policy violations.
