Trying to find sourdough organic baked goods is harder than it seems so when I found this micro bakery I was so excited to try it out! On top of it being sourdough and organic it is seed oil free and has no fillers! They are homemade and DELICIOUS on top of all the good things I’ve mentioned!! We tried the Incredibles sourdough and their chocolate chip cookies and both were fantastic! The sourdough had the perfect crust with a soft, flavorful interior, and you can really taste the quality and care that goes into it. The chocolate chip cookies were equally amazing — perfectly baked, rich, and just the right balance of chewy and crisp. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. We’ll definitely be ordering weekly!
